Back / Neck Pain
Low back and neck pain are second only to the common cold as a reason stated for seeing a doctor. Problems in these areas also cause a very large portion of sick days and lost time at work. Low back and neck dysfunction can be very debilitating and to further escalate the problem they are often reoccurring. Patients are often left without answers as to the cause of the problem or become dependent on someone else to “put them back in place”. Research has shown in dealing with these problems that the most effective approach is a combination of manual therapy and functional exercise.
