New Life Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine BARABOO
Wayne A. Johansen, PT owner of Physical Therapy Services of Baraboo is retiring after providing an independent physical therapy choice to the area for almost 20 years. New Life Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine will continue Mr. Johansen's legacy of providing the Baraboo/Sauk County area with an independent physical therapy choice.
In a recent letter to the area medical community Mr. Johansen wrote:
"I have been blessed to have the flexibility of providing the therapy time and efforts I felt necessary to benefit patients. New Life has a similar philosophy, and I have been very impressed with their physical therapy techniques and communication skills. Matt and Bryan have completed several advanced courses in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. They are qualified Orthopedic Clinical Specialists, and are certified Manual Physical Therapists. In addition to their practice in Portage, they provide Occupational/Injury Prevention programs."
"I thank you for your past willingness to allow patients a choice with Physical Therapy Services. I feel New Life Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine will take the practice to a higher level. I feel we are fortunate to have quality individuals such as Bryan and Matt join our Medical Community."
Bryan Cummings, PT, MS, OCS, CMPT, ATC will be the clinic director of New Life Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine BARABOO. The practice will continue to be located at 626 14 th Street, Baraboo, WI, in the newly remodeled lower level suite. A March, 2008 opening date is planned.
